The concierge was very helpful during our stay, even to the point that we hadn't ordered breakfast but there was no hesitation in providing it when we asked in the rnorning if it wS possible.
Visitors should be aware that it is a long walk to Laon from the hotel and a car is necessary. However the medieval city and cathedral are well worth a visit.
